Surrender

If you want be the best, you have do the things which other people aren't willing to do  - Michael phelps

Have you ever wondered? Why is it that in the majority of successful stories we hear, the successful idea comes at the end, or things change for the better at the end?

Why don't the second or third ideas succeed, why is it that most of the time the do or die idea or the things you do in the last help you succeed? Have you given it any thought?

The reason I think of this is that when we are in a situation of last resort, we not only do our best, but we also surrender to our idea or work. As a result, the chances of success or completion of the task are higher.

It's like this: if we have Plan B, we don't take Plan A, Seriously. When you only have one plan, hook, or cook, we make it happen. I don't mean to imply that we don't give our all every time, but in a do-or-die situation, we will not only give our best and but we also surrender in order to complete or make things happen.

We may have heard or seen that when animals are being chased, they often run faster than their predator and avoid being killed or eaten by it. Why is this so? Because predators run for food, but the animals being pursued run for their lives, which is a do or die situation. In the same way, We have seen people or experienced ourselves running faster to catch the last bus, or a metro or a train, or in the worst case scenario when we are being chased by dogs on the road, we naturally, unconsciously run faster than usual because it is a do or die situation and we don't think of anything else at that time. We would have completely given ourselves over to it.

So, surrender and submit yourself to your work, and the results will undoubtedly flourish.

Surrender yourself to learn, earn and excel

Bounce Back

I've watched a mother die in front of her son, and I've also seen a daughter die in front of her mother; both of these events are not only unbelievable, but also heartbreaking.

Life throws us the most unexpected hardships when we least expect them. When such things happen, everyone, literally everyone, from a five-year-old innocent kid to an elderly stalwart, takes a step back and touches the ground. Most of the time, we are pushed down by society, individuals, our parents, our loved ones, and often by time and circumstance. This, however, does not occur only in your life; it occurs in everyone's life.

This is a regular event, but the most troubling scenario is when you knock yourself down. When your body, and especially your mind, tells you that you can't or that you won't be able to achieve. That is when you should not throw yourself down, then you should concentrate more on yourself and work on your thoughts, Because that is the time when you can break yourself and make yourself. Analyze what happened, how it happened, what you did, what you could have done better and why you didn't, and what you can do to make it right and better. Once you understand, try implementing it. You may not get the best results the second or third time, but it will work in one or other attempts.

Everybody has difficulties and problems, but the art of bouncing back is the most important thing that everyone should learn. Anyone may fall, but only a few can recover, and they are known as true achievers. Good times, best times, horrible times, worse times, all times shall pass; all that is necessary to achieve or become anything is the desire to continue and the mind to resume.

PERPECTIVES

Perspectives or points of view, I suppose, are something that plays a significant part or is engaged in every job we undertake. And because 90 percent of individuals discuss views, you'll often hear phrases like "walk into my shoes to understand the burden or agony."

Perspectives play a vital role for a simple reason: we see things, do things, and understand things based on the vision and perspective we've learned throughout the course of our lives. When your viewpoint shifts, the entire world around you shifts as well.

Once upon a time, there was a lady who had two daughters, and she fought day in and day out to make enough money to marry both of her children. After a long effort, she was eventually able to acquire enough money to marry both of her daughters. One daughter was married to an Umbrella Seller, while another daughter was married to a Papad Seller. She was not happy even after both of her daughters' marriages were successful; on sunny days, she used to think about her daughter who was married to an umbrella seller and wonder how they would survive if no one bought umbrellas from my son in law; on rainy days, she used to think about her daughter who was married to Papad Seller and wonder how they would survive. This went on for many years, and she was sad every day until she met a learned person and expressed her problem; the learned person then gave her a very simple solution to her sorrow: think about the daughter who is married to an umbrella seller on rainy days, and think about the daughter who is married to a Papad seller on sunny days. And whether it rained or was bright the next day, she was happy for the rest of her life.

This story mirrors many of us and the way we think; the instant anything happens, we begin to perceive only the negative aspects of it and feel bad; nevertheless, there will be a good side to every incident that occurs to us. In the same manner that everyone has good and negative qualities, our viewpoint and point of view should always be positive in order to achieve greater outcomes and live a happy, peaceful existence.

CURIOSITY

I believe that problems and needs are the mother of all inventions and discoveries, but there is another factor that drives many innovations, discoveries, and inventions: curiosity about what it is, how it works, and why things happen the way they do.

You used to be so fascinated as a child that you would ask a lot of questions and always wanted to look at things in a new way. Because you were so curious and everything you saw was new to you, you would frequently break toys to explore what was inside.

When you were Growing, you discovered that ignorance is bliss. You began to ignore not just the things you didn't understand, but also the things that were most essential to you. You stopped looking at things in a creative way or understanding them. You just stopped thinking or looking for answers to topics and questions you didn't understand for yourself and began obeying the rules and regulations that others dictated. These are things that are destroying the child in you, as well as your creativity.

Curiosity has helped pave the way for numerous innovations and discoveries, and it is largely because of the curiosity that today's technologically advanced society exists. However, just a few people are curious, not everyone. So cultivate your curiosity and understand the world around you and why things are done the way they are.

Be Curious, Be Creative

ACTION TAKERS

Well-done is Better than Well said

This world is for action takers, not for planners, Yes I know Planning is very important.

An action without planning is better from a plan with no action.  - KOUSHIK D R

Every individual continuously tells himself, "I want to become that, I want to become this, I want to achieve that," and feels unhappy, defeated, dejected, or delighted when he/she is unable to become what they wish for, or achieve what they strive for.. But, in my opinion, you may become what you desire by taking action. And only if you take the right action, you get the deserved result. A lot of times, we plan, we prepare but we fail to execute, which will not give us results. Let it be a small step and big leap, take action, work on what you wish for, results will definitely follow.

Actions do not have to be stressful; simply taking a few tiny steps toward your objective and goals every day can add up to big achievement.

Body fitness, for example, is something that most of them believe they should concentrate on in order to be fit. But all we do is plan and postpone things. Start walking for 20 minutes every day on your route instead of going to the gym or park, which will still provide decent benefits and drive you to do more.

We may take the horse near the water, but we can't make it drink water. Similarly, your friends, parents, society, and the forces around us can only advise and encourage us, but it is up to us to take action and achieve our goals.

Every now and then, a person has a new idea or thought, but only a few people work on that idea or concept and take it to the next level. So don't be a cribber after a missed chance or when your concept is channeled by someone else and the other person makes a mark.

Be a Action Taker, Be a Winner

21 DAYS TO SUCCESS

In one of his addresses to students at IIT Madras, Abdul Kamal tells them not to change the world, not to change the nation, not to change the environment around them, not even to change this family or this loved one, but to think and act on the one person who is most important in anyone's life, which is themselves. As Kalam Sir says, if each person is very unique in these ideas and talents, and if he acts for a better himself, the environment around him will automatically change.

They say "change is the only constant," and I agree; however, "restriction to change" is also a constant. That is why we only have about 5% of successful people in the world, while the remaining 95% of people are still struggling. It varies from person to person and time to time, which is why it is said: "success is not a destination, success is a journey."

If a person wants to taste the sweetness of success on that journey, the only thing he or she should do is. Many experts have even confirmed this. It is also emphasized by Abdul Kalam, Swami Vivekanand, and many other notable individuals. The thing that a person should do on a regular and sincere basis in order to achieve success. The thing that has been the golden rule for success from history to the future, and it is so valuable that it is even more valuable than the modern successful people you see on newspapers, televisions, or social media. Continue to do this one thing. That is "ACT." Yes, you read that correctly: "ACT." The only master rule of any billionaire or millionaire is to act on what you want to gain. Which they have done and are doing.

I know you're probably thinking it's ridiculous. Yes, that is correct. It's so ridiculous that only 5% of people recognized it for what it is. In psychology, there is a method known as "21 days to change." That is, according to Psychology, any person who wishes to form a new habit can do so. He/she should begin acting on it immediately for a period of 21 days continuous without a break. Then it naturally becomes a habit.

Even after being aware of the golden rule. Let's say that out of every 100 people who read this, 70-80 think they should start acting. Only 40 - 50 of them remember it the next morning or after a few hours. In that case, only about 5-10 of them will act. In that 1 or 2 will ACT on a regular and consistent basis, and that 1 will taste success.

FEAR OF FAILURE

Failure is normal and natural in today's so-called fast-moving technologically driven competitive world, yet society, parents, and the environment around us are attempting to make us fail proof and teach fear of failure in order to get things done. People nowadays have ceased emphasizing the benefits of doing something in favor of emphasizing the bad consequences of not doing so. Today, we do things not with the aim of finishing or completing them, but rather with the expectation that something bad will happen if we do not. For example, just 5-10% of individuals exercise every day to be fit and healthy. 90% or the majority of individuals exercise every day with the goal of not becoming overweight. Which has become a Nightmare in the success of many people.

People nowadays fail not due to a lack of effort, but rather due to a fear of failure. Because of the fear of failure instilled by society and the people around them, an individual is unable to give his or her all and perform to the best of his or her ability. Today's employee is not terrified of losing a job; rather, he is afraid of what others will say about him if he loses his job. Today's society has emphasized the fear of failure over actual failure. When a student fails a test, he or she is not terrified; nevertheless, fear sets in when he or she considers what his or her parents, friends, and society will say if they find out that he or she failed a simple minute examination.

So, let us not be enslaved by the fear of failure, as it is well said, failure is a stepping stone to success. Every action we perform has the potential to be successful or unsuccessful. Sometimes we fail, and other times we learn from our mistakes and take the next step forward. Work hard and party even harder.

Life is no different than the weather

"Life is no different than the weather. Not only it is unpredictable, but it shows us a new perspective of the world every day." -  Suzy Kassem

I recently went to a temple, and in front of the temple, I noticed two people that made me realize a lot: one was a beggar, and the other was a salesperson. The beggar in front of the temple was probably 50-60 years old, and he appeared to be in good health, asking for money from every Devotee that came to the temple. Straight across from this Beggar, I saw a salesperson who was clearly older than the beggar; the salesperson would have been approximately 60-65 years old, and he was selling a little Sloka book, a calendar, and key chains.

Now you may be wondering if it is just a gimmick to sell, and to be honest, I thought the same thing. So I gave 20 Rs to the beggar, which he received, then I gave 20 Rs to the Salesperson who was selling calendar, and the minute I gave him 20 Rs, he immediately asked what do you want, I said non, I just wanted to help you, and without speaking a word, he just gave back my 20 Rs and with an angry look and

Life, like weather, throws us unexpected and unplanned situations when we least expect them. When something unexpected comes, we have two choices: break ourselves and fall to the ground with hopelessness, or break the issue and go on with hope.

The Beggar saw this life with hopelessness and began begging, but the Salesperson with hope began selling books and key chains with integrity.

Tradition misunderstood

"Only a Life lived for others is a life worthwhile" -  Albert Einstein

Every time something good happens in our lives, or when we complete a mission impossible task, or when there is a festival, we often have the habit of distributing food (Prasada), sometimes even lunch, but in recent days, the Distribution of Prasada or organising Anannadana is taking a side path, according to me, Distribution of Food or Anannadanna has to help the poor, who are unable to get food, but in few places, if we see the scenario, beggars and poor individuals in genuine need of food are not given prasada or granted a seat in Anandana; rather, ordinary and wealthy persons who can afford to buy their own meals are given priority in receiving Prasada or seating in Anandana.

I personally feel uncomfortable viewing this, and I believe that all prasada and food distribution should take place outside the temple rather than within. And needy people should be given first priority when it comes to food because, as the saying goes, one who helps the needy helps himself. I believe this custom of distributing Prasad and performing Annnadanam was created with the intention of supporting the poor and needy, however I believe it is frequently misunderstood.

So, from now on, let us choose a different path: aid the needy, respect the poor.

Save Humanity, Save Lives

BE HUMBLE

When we come into this world, we have no clothes, no money, no riches, and we don't even have the ability to walk or speak. As we get older, our hands and legs start shaking, the power in our body weakens to the point where we can barely walk without assistance, our voice and energy fades, and we can't even speak properly.

In the middle of this world when we contribute nothing and take nothing, why is it that each of us has made place for greed, prestige, Green status, and hatred? In one of the chats, Sadguru once said that "we arrive to this world with nothing, thus no matter what happens or what we gain in this life, we are still on the winning side."

So let us be humble for everyone, including ourselves, for what we have, for what we have experienced, and for who we are today. Let us help others with a smile, and let us enjoy every second of our lives because the only thing we can take back is the experience, and the only thing we can use is the time.

A tree that aspires to touch the sky stretches its roots into the soil; the more it aspires to ascend upwards, the more it must grow downwards; similarly, in order to rise in life, we must be grounded, modest, and appreciative.

Whatever we achieve is only temporary, and whatever we lose is also only temporary, so let's stay focused and determined so that the right turn will come to us at the right time in the best way, and this happens to everyone. Everyone will find their way, achieve their goal, be happy, and be successful in their own way at the best time for them, so let's not fill this life with hatred, greed, Comparison and make the surroundings modest.

Be humble to nature, yourself and others.

SEE GOOD IN EVERYONE

What comes to mind when you see a fresh red rose? Is it love, or do you recall the Thorns?

I suppose most of you would have imagined red or love, but why is this not happening when you see a person? Why is it that the first thing that comes to our thoughts when we see a person is a negative thing about that person or a wrong thing or a harsh word that is spoken or the person's weakness?

Recently, I came across a discussion between a teacher and a parent discussing the student in a parents teachers meeting, which happens on a regular basis in most institutions, and that discussion was so interesting that I listened to it completely. Both parties in this discussion were very excited to talk about the students' mistakes and wrongdoings in class or on campus, and both of them were supplementing their talks by blaming the students. Throughout the whole discussion, not a single positive point about the kid was mentioned.

After hearing that, I had a larger question: is the parents teachers meeting organized to debate and supplement the mistakes the student has made, or is it organized so that both the parent and the teacher can better understand the student? This takes place in a variety of places, not just this one. The society, our professors, our friends, and the surroundings in which we live. Have  stopped looking for the good in people and instead focus on the negative and talk about it.

Everybody will have some nice qualities. It's just that we don't recognize or see it.

So, for those who are reading this, it is my sincere request that you break free from the trap of seeing negativity and start seeing good positivity in everyone and everything. When we start speaking positive things, our lives become more positive and colorful, just like the rose.

IF YOUR GOOD, EVERYBODY IS GOOD

Teachers participation

You may have heard the well-known and ancient Sloka "Gurur Brahma Gurur Vishnu." Gurur Devo Maheshwaraha, Guru Saakshaat ParaBrahma Tasmai Shri Gurave Namaha" This means that Guru is the Creator (Brahma), Guru is the Preserver (Vishnu), GuruDeva is the Destroyer (Maheshwara), Guru is the absolute (singular) Lord himself, and Salutations to that Sri Guru. Teachers have always been respected all over the world and by everyone.

I'm writing about a tragic incident that happens every now and then. Today, teachers' participation is restricted to a 60-minute or 90-minute class and a book of 200-300 pages. Today, a teacher does not feel, does not encourage, does not guide. Teaching is a service, which many teachers do not understand, and many teachers still believe that a teacher is only a teacher in the classroom. I may not have a lot of experience in teaching, but I strongly believe that teachers should go beyond the classroom. Every student is different, with different aspirations, aims, goals, pressures, and pleasure, and a teacher should be aware of all of it.

Every teacher is a teacher today because of one additional step taken by his or her teacher when you were a student. Today, many professors begin their classes with "Good Morning Friends" or similar expressions, but I rarely see teachers smile in class. Teaching is a Blessing to serve humanity, not a chance or a choice. Teachers have ceased listening to their pupils' thoughts and perspectives; the only train that teachers wish to ride is the portion completion train. When life goes beyond books, why are instructors and education limited to books? EQ is now more essential than IQ. So it is my humble desire to all instructors to participate in the lives of their students and to aid, guide, and inspire them to the best of their abilities.

A teacher is a lifelong Student.

OPPORTUNITY

It is unclear how accurate this is, but I like the example Bill Gates used to tell an interviewer about how Bill Gates became Bill Gates, or more simply, how Bill Gates got highly famous, successful, and wealthy when asked about how Bill Gates became Bill Gates. In response to this question, Bill Gates wrote a blank cheque and signed it before handing it over to the interviewer and telling her, "This is yours." After a few minutes of thinking, the interviewer said, "No, I don't want this check, and I can't take it."

When asked why this was done, Bill Gates said, "I gave you a blank check on which you could have written how much money you wanted to live a happy life." He went on to explain that this was a chance for you to change and develop in your life, but you chose not to take advantage of the opportunity.

The same thing happens to many individuals in life when they have an opportunity in front of them: they analyze, reconsider, and overthink, and as a result, they lose out on the opportunity in front of them. However, when it comes to myself, I don't waste any time. If an opportunity presents itself, I will take advantage of it. and it is for this reason that I am successful.

On the other hand, during a training session, a well-known trainer displayed a 2000 rupee note and announced that whoever reached the stage first would receive the 2000 rupee note. Out of the 180-200 students who were in attendance, only one or two rushed to the stage to claim the 2000 rupee note,  the first student to go onto the stage was awarded Rs. 2000. At the same moment, the majority of the other students were debating whether or not they should go to the stage or not.

Many times in our lives, we are presented with opportunities that may seem tiny or large at first glance, but those who take the initiative to embrace the opportunity and put in the necessary effort will almost always be successful.

When life presents us with an opportunity, we immediately begin to consider the various possibilities that may arise or what might occur if we take advantage of the opportunity, such as whether it will be beneficial, and so on. After some consideration, we tend to dismiss the opportunity and move on to something else. This will result in the loss of opportunity and progress, therefore the next time an opportunity presents itself, be the first to embrace it and grow.

BARGAIN  -THE BIGGEST SIN

Despite the fact that the world is moving at a breakneck speed in terms of technology, innovation, medicine, and many other fields. Purchasing fruits and vegetables on the roadside or from hawkers and peddlers is still common in most households, whether they are wealthy, middle-class, or poor, and it is done on a daily or weekly basis.

But there is one thing we do when buying from hawkers and peddlers that I believe is the greatest sin: bargaining, or asking for a lower price.

We don't negotiate in restaurants anymore, and we don't bargain in malls either, even though we have the right to do so. Why is it that even in grocery malls and during online grocery purchases, we keep our mouths shut and order, paying extra for delivery, and waiting an hour to get home? But when it comes to the hawkers and peddlers who struggle to walk the entire streets, we continue to bargain, which I believe is the greatest immorality.

When I told my father the same thing, he responded, "If we don't bargain, they will tell us a greater price." This may be the same question that most people are asking, but let's use potatoes as an example. If a kilogramme of potatoes costs 50 rupees, how much will the hawker raise the price if we don't bargain? By 10 rupees, 20 rupees, or even more if we do. Giving him something for his hard work is both cheaper and better. He will not, however, demand 100 percent or 200 percent more, as most restaurants and online grocery applications do.

At least furthermore let us all take the oath not to bargain with the street vendors and hawkers. And let's make all our lives beautiful.

MONKEY LIFE

We recently had two highly talented and intelligent guests near my job. Who are those visitors, as you could have guessed from the title? It's none other than the mischievous monkeys. These two monkeys used to visit my office. Open the bags and check the food every day around the same time. They used to put food aside if it was like rice or something similar (which they don't like) and look for another bag for a different dish. This began to happen on a regular basis. As a result, security personnel were alerted to the situation and chased the intruders away.Whenever someone with a stick came to chase them away. They used to shout, make an angry expression, and jump back at the person instead of being afraid. But, after much effort and several days, they were finally chased away.

THESE ARE THE LESSONS I LEARNED FROM MONKEY:

Be naughty- When we think about monkeys, the first thing that springs to mind is naughtiness, thus every human being should have a pinch of naughtiness that makes people grin.

Save money - Just as humans labour day and night to make money, monkeys work day and night to collect food, but the beauty is that the food they eat is saved in their mouths for later use. We, on the other hand, do not save money for the future.

Eat healthy food - Monkey inspects the food, smells it, shakes it, breaks it, tastes a little bit, and finally eats what it likes.

Keep moving - there are two ways to look at this. 1) Exercise: Have you ever noticed how monkeys never seem to stay in one spot? They keep circling the tree limbs and are completely immersed in the present moment. Because of the nature of our jobs, most of us don't even walk 5000 steps every day. 2) Life goes on, and so should you; I'm not sure, but I don't believe monkeys dwell on the horrible things that happened yesterday, destroying what is lovely today.

Life is simple - if you think about a monkey's life, the only two things it worries about or works on are peace for food when they are hungry and survival when they are attacked. Apart from these, they don't worry about anything else. Similarly, apart from the basic needs, we worry and struggle over wants that aren't important or required and complicate our lives.

3 h

I just heard a presentation from one of the veteran Commerce professors about the three Hs that any teacher should have, and I thought it was worth sharing with everyone.

The first H is Humility - When a teacher asks a student about a doubt or shares a different point of view, the teacher usually responds with you're wrong, remain quiet, or do you know better than me, or something similar that destroys the student's interest and will. Regardless of how much experience he/she has, he/she should always be ready and prepared to learn, and most importantly, he/she should be willing to learn from anyone and everyone, regardless of age, caste, gender, or experience.

Humanity is the second H - every teacher or professor should be a person first and then a teacher. Because a teacher is continuously observed by pupils both in and out of the classroom, he or she should have strong humanity skills. The students sees humanity in the same manner that teacher see, and they help others.

Third H Humar - Humar is something that most professors despise. Personally, I believe that a teacher's smile as he enters the classroom is the most important and successful teaching style. Humor does not mean being a class clown; it means making the class participatory, having fun with the topic and examples, and making the lesson interesting.

Appreciation

In today's competitive world, appreciation is a small action that requires tremendous will. An individual's morale will be raised by a small gesture of appreciation, but it must be genuine and not performed in front of others. Small gestures of appreciation include shaking hands, complimenting someone on their work, and giving them a standing ovation. Regular Appreciation will change their working style and completely alter their personality. Regular Appreciation will make them perform twice as much.

Appreciation is a powerful tool that can have a positive impact on both the person being appreciated and the person expressing gratitude. It’s a simple act that can make someone’s day and even improve their overall well-being.

When we appreciate someone, we are recognizing their worth and value. This can boost their self-esteem and make them feel more confident and valued. It’s also a way of showing them that we notice and value their efforts, hard work, and contributions.

Appreciation can also improve relationships by strengthening the bond between two people. When we express our appreciation, we are letting the other person know that we see them, we value them, and we are grateful for their presence in our lives. This can create a deeper sense of connection and understanding between two people.

In addition to its personal benefits, appreciation can also have a positive impact on the overall atmosphere of a group or team. When people feel appreciated, they are more likely to be engaged and motivated, leading to increased productivity and a more positive work environment.

Of course, it’s important to make sure that our expressions of appreciation are genuine and specific. Simply saying “thank you” is a good start, but it’s even better to let the other person know exactly what it is that you appreciate about them. This shows that you’ve thought about their contribution and that it has made a real difference to you.

In conclusion, appreciation is a simple yet powerful tool that can have a positive impact on both the individual being appreciated and the person expressing gratitude. It’s a way of recognizing someone’s worth and value, boosting their self-esteem, and improving relationships. So the next time you want to show your appreciation, take a moment to express it in a genuine and specific way – it could make all the difference.

FEAR BRINGS BRAVERY

Have you ever heard the saying that "fear brings bravery?" It's not as well-known as the more common phrase "fear is the greatest motivator," but it's no less true. Recently, I experienced this firsthand while enjoying some Gudbud ice cream with my friends in the popular Cool Joint in Jayanagar.

We were all having a great time when suddenly, a woman's voice pierced through the chatter and laughter. She was screaming a name at the top of her lungs, asking if anyone had seen her son, who had gone missing in the crowd. The whole place fell silent as everyone tried to help her find her child.

In just a few minutes, over 50 people had joined in the search for the lost boy. As we frantically looked around, the mother's voice grew louder and more desperate. It was as if her fear had given her the strength to shout out in public, something she might not have done otherwise.

After a few tense moments, we finally found the boy, safe and sound. As we all breathed a sigh of relief, I couldn't help but think about how fear had brought out the mother's bravery. In a situation that would have made many people freeze up, she had found the courage to speak up and ask for help.

This experience reminded me that sometimes, it's our fears that bring out the best in us. When we're faced with difficult situations, we may surprise ourselves with the strength and bravery we find within. So the next time you're feeling scared or uncertain, remember that fear can be a powerful motivator - and it just might bring out your own bravery too.
